Information Technology Manager
a Leading Diversified Conglomerate - Kennedia Consulting Limited (KCL)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
- Oversee system administration, software deployment, and hardware maintenance.
- Lead IT projects, including digital transformation, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology contracts.
- Provide technical leadership and support to business units across the Group.
- Monitor IT performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in a multi-business or diversified organization is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, Azure, or CISSP are desirable.
- Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
