Client Liaison Officer (CLO)

Description
- Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable patient experiences? Nordica Fertility Centre is seeking a professional, courteous, and proactive Client Liaison Officer (CLO) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, email, and online enquiries.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
- Coordinate patient flow and support the discharge process.
- Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Resolve or escalate patient concerns appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Gender: Female for gender balance
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Public Holidays: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM
