Machine Operator

Job Summary
- The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.
- The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to identify and report basic machine faults.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and industrial machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
- Conduct routine machine checks and basic cleaning.
- Identify and report machine faults, abnormalities, or operational issues.
- Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work with the production and maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Support the achievement of daily production targets.
- Work shifts and overtime when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment.
- Previous experience with industrial/production machines is highly desirable.
- Ability to monitor machine performance and identify basic faults.
- Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is an added advantage.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Good teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
