Brand and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth.
• The role is responsible for managing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels while ensuring consistent brand positioning and supporting business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's brand and marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
• Manage social media, content creation, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
• Strengthen retail visibility through merchandising, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to improve marketing performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Support product launches and promotional activities to maximize market impact.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive demand generation and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of brand and marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, trade marketing, and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
