Product Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our target audience.
• The role requires a strategic and commercially minded professional with strong product marketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling customer value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments.
• Develop product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
• Track product and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Identify emerging market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen product positioning and market competitiveness.
• Create compelling product messaging and marketing content that clearly communicates product features, benefits, and differentiators.
• Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimise customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, or a similar role, preferably within fintech or technology.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth outcomes.
