Head of Clinical Services

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Clinical Services to provide strategic leadership across its clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all clinical services within the hospital.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, quality assurance, and patient safety.
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and service delivery.
Requirements
- MBBS / MBChB Degree.
- Current MDCN Practising Licence.
- 8–10 years post-qualification clinical experience.
- FWACP or FMCP Fellowship.
- Proven leadership and hospital management experience.
Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,200,000 Net Monthly.
