Operations Manager
an Emerging Real Estate Investment Company - Workforce Group
The Role
- This is a senior role with real ownership. You'll set up the company's operational framework from the ground up, find viable investment opportunities, coordinate acquisitions and development projects, and run the company's day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage the company's operational processes, policies and systems
- Identify, assess and appraise real estate investment opportunities
- Lead land and property acquisition, including due diligence and documentation
- Coordinate development projects from start to finish
- Work with regulators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Drive business growth, partnerships and deal negotiations
- Oversee asset management of the company's property portfolio
- Report to the Board on operations, investments and performance
Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building, Civil Engineering, Business or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in real estate operations, property development, investment analysis or land acquisition
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including acquisition, due diligence, investment appraisal and asset management
- Proven experience coordinating real estate development projects
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Professional membership (NIESV, ESVARBON, RICS or similar) is an advantage.
