Production Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, organized and hands-on Production Manager to oversee our production process and ensure timely delivery, quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure all orders are produced according to design, measurements and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate tailors, assistants and other production staff
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Oversee fabric usage, trims and production materials
- Maintain quality control at every stage of production
- Keep accurate production records and reports
- Work closely with the creative and admin team to support operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in fashion production management (RTW or bespoke)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and finishing
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about fashion and committed to excellence.
