Procurement Officer

Role Summary
- To execute procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier follow-ups to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and process purchase requisitions.
- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Conduct price and vendor comparisons.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Track orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–7 years procurement experience
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- CIPS / CIPSMN certification
- Experience in oil & gas or logistics environment.
