• We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and results-oriented Business Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our Digital Marketing Department, drive business growth, strengthen our brands, and generate quality leads across all business units.
• Key Responsibilities
• - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for all Property Broker brand.
• - Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Department to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality campaigns.
• - Increase brand awareness and online visibility through effective digital marketing initiatives.
• - Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other digital platforms.
• - Generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition across all business units.
• - Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• - Oversee content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and website performance.
• - Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
• - Coordinate marketing activities with management and business unit heads to achieve organizational goals.
• - Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and business development strategies.
• Requirements
• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• - Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Digital Marketing, or a similar leadership role.
• - Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• - Experience managing multiple brands or business units is an added advantage.
• - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and improve campaign performance.
• - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and AI-powered marketing solutions is highly desirable.
