Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software systems to minimize downtime.
- Administer and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical services.
- Manage network infrastructure to guarantee secure and reliable connectivity across the organization.
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including maintenance, upgrades, and strategic resource allocation.
- Implement and monitor system security protocols to safeguard information assets and prevent unauthorized access.
- Facilitate data management processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of organizational information.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and user assistance to staff members regarding IT resources.

Requirements

- Possess 3-5 years of professional experience in information technology roles.
- Demonstrate proficiency in IT troubleshooting and hardware/software support.
- Show strong capabilities in network and server administration.
- Exhibit expertise in managing IT infrastructure and system administration tasks.
- Maintain knowledge of IT maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Possess skills in systems security, data management, and cybersecurity.
- Be adept at providing IT support and user assistance.
- Have experience in IT resource management and information security strategies.
