Human Resource Officer
a Growing Multi-specialist Healthcare Group - Dragnet Solutions Limited
About the Role
- To support human-resource operations, including recruitment administration, records, employee support and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll inputs.
- Support performance, leave and training administration.
- Respond to employee HR queries within policy.
- Support HR compliance and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
Experience:
- Experience in an HR or administrative role.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of HR administration and processes.
- Organisation, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Competent use of HR/office systems.
- Effective communication.
- Sound judgement.
