Marketing Manager - Brand Management

Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to lead brand strategy and execution for our passenger vehicle (PV) business.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving brand growth, developing impactful marketing campaigns, and enhancing market presence while ensuring consistent brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to drive awareness and market share.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and agency partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing analytics tools is an added advantage.
