Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and coordinate the marketing activities of the organization to help achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the management team to craft and execute marketing strategies for the organization
  
• Manage marketing team operations and oversee ongoing activations, campaigns, and promotional activities
  
• Identify opportunities within target markets and develop strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  
• Generate ideas for promotions, collaborations, partnerships, and weekly activations to increase traffic and customer engagement
  
• Prepare and share marketing reports, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives
  
• Manage relationships with corporate media, retail industry partners, and other stakeholders
  
• Ensure the brand remains at the cutting edge of digital innovation and maintain brand consistency across all collateral
  
• Plan and execute special marketing projects, events, exhibitions, and brand experiences internally and externally
  
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the organisation’s brand values and guidelines
  
• Perform all other tasks as assigned
  

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant field
  
• At least 5-7 years of marketing experience
  
• Professional certification will be an added advantage
  
• Expert knowledge in traditional and digital marketing and communications
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgeting, and project management
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Must possess sound judgment, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail
  
• Must be proactive, passionate about disruption, and interested in fashion, art, and culture
  
• Ability to leverage existing networks/connections effectively
