Operations & Content Coordinator (Administrative Officer)

Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination & Operations Management:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to ensure alignment with content plans and deadlines.
- Monitor team deliverables and ensure all staff complete assigned tasks on time.
Content Production Support:
- Participate in content shoots (both indoor and outdoor), assisting with logistics and execution.
Social Media & Content Oversight:
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Content Creator to ensure content is delivered and published as planned.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
- Track team performance and task completion, providing regular updates to the Lead.
