Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years' leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role within technology, software, fintech, or digital services.
- Proven experience managing multi-country operations and scaling businesses.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and people management skills.
