Inventory Officer

Job Description
- Compovine Technology Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock control processes and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
- Conduct regular stock taking and reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stock items.
- Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports for management.
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years relevant experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in an ICT or retail/technology company is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and accountability.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Willingness to adapt to company systems and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.
