Business Development Officer

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Market and promote the company's financial products and services.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and provide updates on business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
