Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with excellent persuasion and follow-up skills.
- The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about sales, with the ability to convert qualified leads into loyal customers and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through the company's marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present and promote the company's products and services effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
- Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of ₦10 million.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 per month + 2% commission on additional sales.
