Poultry Processing Operator

Job Summary
- To carry out assigned poultry processing activities safely,
- Hygienically, and efficiently while ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a processing line, including slaughter, scalding, defeathering, evisceration, washing, chilling, cutting, deboning, weighing, packaging and loading.
- Ensure correct trimming and portioning
- Verify that products meet weight and quality specifications before packaging
- Ensure that labels are accurate and properly attached
- Ensure professional use of equipment, including manual and automated equipment
- Carryout equipment and facility cleaning after processing
- Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience.
