- We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our expanding team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, marketing residential and commercial properties, conducting property inspections, and closing sales.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to build a rewarding career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and prospecting.
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
- Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and prospects.
- Follow up consistently on enquiries to convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Abuja's real estate market is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation
Pay Structure
- Basic Salary: N100,000 per month
- 3% Commission on every successful property sale
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to ₦350,000+ per month, based on performance
- There is no cap on commissions—the more you sell, the more you earn.
