Job Summary
- Treblem Security seeks to recruit a proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote its security services and drive business growth in Ibadan, Oyo State.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence in Ibadan, Oyo state.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's client base in Ibadan
- Market the company's security services to corporate organizations, residential estates, schools, hotels, construction companies, and other prospective clients.
- Generate leads, arrange client meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on business opportunities in Ibadan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare regular marketing activity reports and monitor progress against sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and business engagements.
Key Requirements
- OND or HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the Ibadan business environment and ability to network effectively.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in the security industry in Oyo State will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
