Job Overview
- We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for print and digital media, including marketing materials, publications, advertisements, and corporate communications.
- The role involves developing creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with relevant teams to deliver high-quality designs that support the organisation’s marketing and communication objectives.
- The Company requires the services of the Graphic Artist at the Head Office, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Job Description
- Developing concepts, graphic and layouts for products.
- Work with other creative team members to produce digital contents.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
- Review final productions for errors and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and reflect given specifications.
Qualification & Required Skills
- B.Sc. or HND in Fine Art, Applied Art, Graphics or other related discipline with minimum of Second Class Lower or Lower Credit respectively.
- At least three (3) years post-qualification experience in a similar position.
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Corel
- Draw, Dreamweaver, Photoshop Adobe creative suite)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of video editing, animation and presentations development.
- A strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and eBook technologies will be an advantage
- Applicants must be resident in Ibadan.
