Territory Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Senior Sales Executives to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue generation.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve team sales performance through regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales activities, identify opportunities, and assess market trends.
- Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth across assigned locations.
- Analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment on campaigns and product offerings.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing field sales teams and delivering sales targets.
- Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
- Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly + Performance-Based Incentives.
