Summary
- OmniPay Limited is looking for a target-driven Relationship Officer to acquire, onboard, and manage FMCG distributors, wholesalers, and retailers within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily activities of field agents
- Drive weekly and monthly onboarding, KYC, and activation targets
- Review field reports and track KPIs such as visits, POS deployment, and GMV
- Conduct joint field visits to monitor productivity and coach team members
- Analyze field data, identify gaps, and submit performance reports
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in field sales, FMCG, fintech, microfinance, or lending
- Strong sales, leadership communication, and relationship management skills
- Prior experience supervising sales agents or field teams
- Proficiency in the use of MS EXCEL.
Salary
N200,000 monhtly + Incentives.
