Entry-Level 360 Recruiter

Overview

• We are looking for an Entry-Level 360 Recruiter who has an interest in both Recruitment and Business Development.
• This role is suited for an early-career professional who wants to develop practical experience across the full recruitment cycle from finding and assessing candidates to sourcing and developing clients.

The Role
As a 360 Recruiter, you will work across two core areas:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
• Review CVs and identify candidates who match specific job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand client job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Support vacancies from sourcing through to successful placement.

Business Development:

• Research companies that may require recruitment and HR services.
• Identify HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, business owners, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Contact prospective clients and introduce recruitment services.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a structured pipeline.
• Assist in converting prospects into active recruitment clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new hiring opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, HR, sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
• Internship or previous practical experience in recruitment or sales is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to learn both recruitment and business development.
