CREATIVE DESIGNER — BRAND, STILL & MOTION

Management Level: Professional Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Island, Lagos Work Mode: Hybrid Job Overview The Creative Designer is responsible for translating strategy into compelling visual experiences across brand identity, digital media, advertising, presentations, social content, motion graphics and marketing campaigns. The role combines: Brand Design + Graphic Design + Digital Design + Motion Design. The ideal candidate should be a designer who combines taste, technical ability and commercial understanding. The candidate should understand that beautiful design is not enough. The work must communicate, Persuade, build the brand and it must create business value. Core Responsibilities Brand Design

• Develop visual identities.
• Create logos and identity systems.
• Develop typography and color systems.
• Create brand guidelines.
• Develop brand applications.
• Maintain brand consistency.

Still Design Create:

• Social-media graphics.
• Campaign visuals.
• Advertising materials.
• Corporate presentations.
• Pitch decks.
• Brochures.
• Reports.
• Infographics.
• Digital assets.
• Print materials.

Motion Design Create:

• Motion graphics.
• Animated logos.
• Social-media animations.
• Product animations.
• Explainer videos.
• Promotional videos.
• Presentation animations.

Creative Campaigns

• Work with marketing and strategy teams to develop campaign concepts.
• Translate strategic messages into compelling visual narratives.

Client Work Participate in:

• Brand projects.
• Marketing campaigns.
• Digital transformation projects.
• Product launches.
• Corporate communications

. Design Systems Create reusable:

• Templates.
• Components.
• Presentation systems.
• Social-media systems.
• Brand assets.
• Portfolio quality.

REQUIREMENT

Education: Degree/HND in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Design or related discipline. A strong portfolio may substitute for formal education. Experience: 3–6 years professional design experience. Required Skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
• Photoshop.
• Illustrator.
• InDesign.
• After Effects or equivalent motion tool.
• Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Figma.
• Presentation design.

Preferred

• 3D design.
• Blender/Cinema 4D.
• AI-assisted design.
• Generative image tools.
• Motion AI.
• Video editing.
• UX/UI understanding.
