Description
- We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Loan Officers.
- Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
- Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
- Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in any discipline.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong business development and people management skills.
- Experience in financial services is an advantage.
- Only serious candidates who are willing to work should apply.
What You Should Know
- Two (2) weeks compulsory training before deployment.
- 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work
- Monday – Friday
- Performance-based role.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 / month.
- Accommodation provided during training and available at branch locations where applicable.
- Weekly transportation & data allowance provided.
