Senior Technical Sales & Business Development Executive

Job Summary
- The Senior Technical Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Blue Phoenix Deepwater Limited across marine, offshore, and oil & gas services in Nigeria and the wider West African region.
- The role will be based primarily in Lagos, with frequent travel to Port Harcourt and other Nigerian ports, regional travel within West Africa as required, and occasional offshore or operational site visits.
- This is a hands-on, service-sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, participating in tenders, and securing contract awards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across offshore, upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
- Develop and manage relationships with IOCs, NOCs and indigenous operators.
- Secure contracts for marine logistics, IRM, terminal inspection and related services.
- Grow hull cleaning, underwater inspection and ship chandelling services.
- Manage sales pipelines, tenders and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marine, Petroleum or related discipline.
- MBA, Project Management or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years' senior technical sales/business development experience in Nigerian Oil & Gas.
- Strong relationships with IOCs, NOCs and indigenous operators.
- Experience in marine, offshore, subsea, SURF or underwater IRM operations.
- Strong tendering, negotiation and commercial management skills.
