Senior Sales Executive - Power Generation (Abuja)

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive (Power Generation) to join our Commercial team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving generator sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, proven sales performance, and excellent negotiation skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance on generator specifications, sizing, load calculations, and product suitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams to develop suitable power generation solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical training or certification in power systems or generators is an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in generator sales, power solutions, or industrial equipment sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling diesel and gas generators.
- Strong knowledge of generator specifications, power ratings, sizing, and installation requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
