Inventory Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items, including fresh produce, packaged goods, and supplies.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and raise timely alerts for replenishment needs.
- Track inventory usage and movement across the store, warehouse, and outlets,
- Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures and monitor expiry dates and shelf life.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all storage areas.
- Update stock management systems or registers daily.
- Prepare and submit accurate inventory reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Document all stock issued to production, sales, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain proper records of receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or HND with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Willing to work shifts and must reside in ogudu and its environs.
Renumeration
N130,000 - 150,000 naira monthly
