Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply of diesel (AGO) to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory management, sales reconciliation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the daily delivery schedule for trucks and customers.
• Generate and follow up on diesel sales orders.
• Coordinate daily diesel deliveries to customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Carry out daily reconciliation of volumes sold against stock balances.
• Monitor tank stock levels and trigger replenishment when required.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries (waybills, invoices, delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
• Liaise with logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
• Resolve customer delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure fulfilment within agreed timelines.
• Prepare daily sales, stock and delivery reports.
• Support debt collection by following up on outstanding customer payments.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily Sales Volume: Minimum 20,000 litres/day (or as assigned) eterna
• Stock Reconciliation Accuracy: 100% daily reconciliation completed with zero unexplained variance
• Inventory Variance: Less than 0.2% monthly stock variance
• On-Time Delivery Rate: ≥95% of deliveries completed within the agreed delivery window
• Order Fulfilment Rate: 100% of confirmed daily orders fulfilled
• Customer Satisfaction: Minimum 90% positive customer feedback
• Outstanding Receivables: 100% follow-up on overdue accounts; maintain receivables within approved credit terms
• New Customer Acquisition: Minimum 3 new customers per month
• Repeat Customer Rate: Minimum 90% repeat business from existing customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in diesel sales, logistics or inventory management.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
