Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Salary: ₦500,000 net per month Key Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure all M&E systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and regulatory standards. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of facility equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults promptly. Coordinate with contractors and vendors on installation and maintenance activities. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation. Support project execution involving mechanical and electrical engineering works. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience in construction, facility management, or a similar environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
