Human Resources Officer

Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- A degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, staff onboarding, and employee management.
- Ability to handle employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labour laws and workplace policies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to resolve workplace conflicts professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Must be professional, organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
