- SALARY: ₦300,000 MONTHLY
- PLUS PERFORMANCE BONUSES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute effective property sales and marketing strategies
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients
- Drive property sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property presentations and inspections
- Manage client follow-ups and negotiations
- Expand the company’s customer and investor network
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in real estate sales/marketing
- Proven track record of successfully closing property deals
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, networking and relationship-management skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
This position is strictly for experienced real estate professionals.
