Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben
- Sie erarbeiten eigenverantwortlich und selbständig die ordnungsgemäße Entgeltabrechnung und Reisekostenabrechnung eines festen Personenkreises.
- Daneben beraten Sie Führungskräfte und HR-Partner zu abrechnungsrelevanten sowie lohnsteuerrechtlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen.
- Zuammen mit der Finanzbuchhaltung stimmen Sie Personalkonten ab und unterstützen die Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Bildung von Personalrückstellungen im Rahmen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das Bescheinigungswesen / Meldewesen und der dazugehörigen Korrespondenz in Ihrem Personenkreis.
- Abgerundet werden Ihre Aufgaben durch die Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft inklusive der Erfassung von Stunden und Fehlzeiten.
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische, steuerfachliche oder sozialversicherungsrechtliche Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung gesammelt.
- Durch eine Zusatzqualifikation zur Personalfachkauffrau, zum Lohnbuchhalter oder zum Fachassistent für Lohn und Gehalt verfügen Sie über tiefergehende Kenntnisse.
- Ihre fundierten und aktuellen Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuerrecht und Sozialversicherungsrecht setzen Sie jeden Tag erfolgreich ein.
- Zudem sind Sie sicher in der Anwendung gängiger Abrechnungsprogramme und Zeiterfassungssysteme - gerne in SAP.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch gute Selbstorganisation sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
