Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new sales leads.
- Promote the company’s products, properties, and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and drive sales conversions.
- Support digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Experience in real estate or construction is an added advantage.
