Operate swamp buggies and amphibious equipment safely and efficiently in wet, muddy, and unstable terrain. Perform daily pre-start inspections and operational checks of equipment before use. Transport personnel, tools, materials, and equipment across difficult or flooded terrain. Support dredging, construction, environmental, and marine-related activities as directed. Operate attachments and auxiliary equipment where applicable. Monitor equipment performance and report faults, damage, or abnormal conditions. Carry out basic operator-level maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments. Ensure proper loading, securing, and handling of materials and equipment. Assist with positioning equipment, pontoons, pipelines, hoses, and other project materials. Follow approved work procedures, lifting plans, and site instructions. Maintain accurate equipment operation logs, fuel records, and daily reports. Ensure compliance with project safety procedures, environmental requirements, and permit conditions. Participate in toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and equipment inspections.
