Recruitment & Training Senior Officer(m/f/x)

This position is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational excellence with human interaction and who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment.

As a Recruitment & Training Senior Officer, you will ensure an efficient recruitment process while contributing to the development of our employees and supporting key HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Draft and publish attractive job advertisements.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Training & Development

• Coordinate and manage the annual training plan.
• Identify development needs in collaboration with managers.
• Organize internal and external training sessions.
• Follow up on training budgets, attendance, and effectiveness.
• Support learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

HR Administration & Systems

• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
• Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
• Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance.
• Act as a key user for HR-related systems and tools.
• Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes.
• Support payroll and time management-related activities when required.

Your Profile:

• A confident and mature HR professional who can build trust with both employees and managers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role with significant exposure to: Recruitment /

Training & Development and HR Administration

• Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Experience with time and attendance management systems such as TIM, DSK, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working with HR data, reports, and digital HR tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in French and German is mandatory.
• English is considered a strong asset.
