Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Abuja.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for selling our products directly to customers, growing our market presence, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territories in Abuja
- Present and promote products to customers, shops, and businesses
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and payment
- Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and expenses
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / SSCE with good communication skills
- Previous experience in direct sales or marketing is an advantage but not required
- Must be willing to work on the field full time
- Good knowledge of Abuja routes and markets will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
- Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with basic reporting
Compensation
- Base salary of N150,000 plus commission on sales
- Commission structure will be explained during the interview
