Job Summary

• As the Head of Brands, Communications, and Marketing, you will be overseeing the overall brand strategy, internal and external communications, and marketing initiatives.
• Your role is pivotal in shaping the company’s brand identity, enhancing market presence, and driving customer engagement through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for the company and her products.
• Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Organize advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.).
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate brand positioning into product features and launches.
• Manage media relations and build strong relationships with key industry journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and support the company’s overall business strategy.
• Engage with external partners, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and event organizers, to extend the company’s reach and impact.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve Social Media Traffic (and Conversion Rates) of 100%.
• Achieve increased mind share through Texcellence Conference.
• Partner with Sales Team on Strategic OEM Campaigns.
• Increase Brand awareness of the company across all media platforms by 100%.
• Increase social media followership of all digital products by 200% from current numbers.
• Achieve 100% minimum increase in Customer Acquisition.
• Achieve 80% increase leads by channel growth.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing,Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Masters degree is an added advantage.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and communications, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Tech/IT industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Relevant Certifications in Brand Marketing & Communications.
