Role Overview
We are looking for a Rider Agent to help grow Rechaj's network of commercial keke riders. The Rider Agent will be responsible for actively sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and supporting qualified keke riders within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard qualified keke riders to Rechaj.
- Identify potential riders through parks, rider communities, referrals, workshops, and field outreach.
- Explain Rechaj's electric keke offering, requirements, and operating model to prospective riders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential riders.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into active riders.
- Build positive relationships with riders, rider associations, and community stakeholders.
- Support rider onboarding, orientation, and activation.
- Address basic rider concerns and escalate operational issues when necessary.
- Track recruitment activities, onboarding progress, and rider engagement.
- Meet assigned rider recruitment and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- OND, HND, Bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years' experience in sales, customer acquisition, field operations, business development, or a related role.
- Proven ability to recruit or acquire customers, drivers, riders, or field agents.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working extensively in the field.
- Knowledge of the local keke/rider community is an advantage.
- Experience in transportation, mobility, automotive, logistics, fintech, or energy is a plus.
