Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer (QA / QC Engineer)

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, product managers and scrum master’s to understand requirements and build comprehensive test plans
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility for
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for best practices in software quality
- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and techniques.
