Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm's consulting services.
- Market the firm's payroll outsourcing, HR consulting, recruitment, training, and advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), corporate organizations, NGOs, and development partners.
- Conduct regular client visits and presentations to generate new business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling service proposals and company presentations.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to increase conversion rates.
- Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the public and private sectors.
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, and business opportunities.
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and monthly business development reports.
Requirements
- 2–3 years' proven experience in business development or marketing within a consulting, HR, payroll, financial services, or professional services environment.
- Demonstrable experience marketing payroll services, HR solutions, or related business services.
- Experience working with or marketing to public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government MDAs) is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Abuja, its business districts, government institutions, and corporate organizations.
