Field Sales Agent

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agent to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell Koolboks products to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and recovery process.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in field sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
