Administrative Officer

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Officer to oversee daily office operations, support management, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling diverse administrative tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage office activities to ensure efficiency
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and procurement processes
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must reside close to Dolphin Estate Ikoyi Lagos
- Remuneration is between N80,000 - N120,000
