About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Head of HR & Admin to serve as a strategic business partner. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for transforming and modernizing the HR function across the business, transitioning it from a traditional support function into a performance-driven, data-enabled, and commercially aligned capability that directly powers business strategy.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the end-to-end HR transformation agenda, developing and executing a 3-year HR strategy aligned with business growth plans while providing data-driven insights to the Executive Team.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Design fit-for-purpose organizational structures to support scale, drive workforce planning tied to project pipelines and revenue forecasts, and optimize spans of control and reporting lines.
- Performance Management & Accountability: Implement and embed a robust performance management system across all business units, utilizing scorecards, KPIs, and measurable productivity metrics to proactively address underperformance.
- Talent Acquisition & Critical Hiring: Lead strategic recruitment for critical technical and delivery leadership roles, while building a powerful employer brand within the technology and services ecosystem.
- Learning, Capability & Workforce Productivity: Design and deploy targeted learning programs linked to capability gaps, establishing technical and leadership development frameworks that measurably improve employee output and efficiency.
- HR Operations & Service Delivery: Build a highly efficient HR operations engine by digitizing processes, embedding HR analytics, and implementing modern HRIS tools and dashboards to enhance employee experience while maintaining cost control.
- Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Design competitive, performance-aligned compensation structures, optimize workforce cost-to-revenue ratios, and ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Culture, Engagement & Change Management: Lead cultural transformation and change management initiatives across business transformation programs, fostering an execution-driven environment focused on accountability.
- Administrative Governance: Establish clear administrative frameworks, office administration practices, and robust vendor management and negotiation protocols to ensure seamless corporate operations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of total HR experience, including at least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role, with proven experience in HR transformation or business turnaround environments.
- Industry Context: Prior experience working within IT Services, IT Consulting, managed services, or tech-consulting environments is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) are highly desirable.
- Competencies: Strong business & commercial acumen (understanding revenue, margins, and delivery models), data-driven decision-making (HR analytics), excellent communication, and executive-level stakeholder management (GMD, CEOs).
- Location: Lagos.

Compensation
- Annual Base Salary: ₦25,000,000 – ₦30,000,000 gross per annum.
- Benefits: Health Insurance (HMO), Pension Contribution, Telephone Allowance, and a Performance-Led Incentive.
