To support human-resource operations, including recruitment administration, records, employee support and HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll inputs.
- Support performance, leave and training administration.
- Respond to employee HR queries within policy.
- Support HR compliance and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information.

Progress towards a recognised HR qualification (e.g. CIPM)Experience with HR information systems

Experience in an HR or administrative role
Education
Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
