Field Sales Supervisor
a Fast-growing and Major FMCG (Foods and Beverages) Company - FactBase Consulting Limited (5 Openings)
Primary Job Responsibilities (In Summary)
- Supervise, coordinate, and provide direction to Field Sales Representatives within the assigned territory to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achievement of set targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring, and profitable relationships with distributors, customers, and key trade partners within the assigned territory.
- Monitor territory sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to improve sales and market penetration.
- Drive the identification and development of new customers, accounts, distributors and sales opportunities to increase sales revenue, market share and distribution coverage.
- Monitor SKU performance and drive product penetration and visibility to ensure the company’s brands maintain a competitive advantage within the territory.
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to assess market execution, customer coverage, distribution effectiveness, merchandising, product availability and compliance with sales standards.
Major Requirements
- Degree/ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in Sales with at least three years at a managerial level, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP is an added advantage.
- Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Port Harcourt.
Salary
N20,000,000 - N30,000,000 Gross annually.
