The Management Trainee Program (Direct Sales) is designed to develop high-potential graduates into skilled sales professionals and future sales leaders. Key Responsibilities

Actively market and sell company products/services through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
Identify and prospect new customers to drive sales growth
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers clearly and professionally
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Build and manage long-term customer relationships
Participate in product, sales, and customer service training programs
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
Comply with company policies, sales ethics, and regulatory requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline
